Palestinian Refugies: Return From Gaza
Yuval Dag, a member of the Zochrot group, will present a proposal for how the right of return for refugees from Gaza should be put into practice.
Over the past year, the NGO Zochrot gathered a study-action group based in Biʾr as-Saba’, occupied Palestine, that focused on the right of return of Palestinian refugees from Gaza.
Research, lived knowledge, and political imagination come together in their practical proposal for return.
In this talk, a member of the group will present the proposal, reflect on the process behind it, and discuss how anarchist movements relate to the right of return.
Palestinian refugees’ right of return includes those displaced during the Nakba of 1948 and since and their descendants.
